    Comment:-

Before we may start to discuss this statment, we should ask for more defined contexts, such as:-

(1)Please define who "no one" should be,

    (2)"right"- what kind of right?

(3)"terminate"- now and then temporarily or permanently? In what way? Under what situations?

(4)"others" means who? a person, a single individual, a group of people, crminals, nice people or who?

(5)"life"- what kind of life? animal life, human life, plant life, a life without personhood? or simply any life such as an amoeba, a single celled animal or a virus, or an ant's life???

With so many ambiguities, I am afraid nobody can focus on any constructive discussion here. Please try to narrow down, and refine the statement more explicitly. Thanks.
